About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the design of plumbing systems across diverse sectors, ensuring optimal functionality and compliance.
-Develop detailed plumbing and piping systems, including sanitary waste, stormwater, natural gas, potable and non-potable water, water reuse, and medical waste/gas systems.
-Lead and coordinate with both design and construction teams, providing ongoing support through site visits, field reports, RFI responses, and reviewing submittals.
-Conduct site assessments to evaluate existing plumbing infrastructure and prepare comprehensive due diligence reports.
-Act as the Engineer of Record, overseeing all aspects of plumbing system designs.
-Build strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring smooth project execution and successful outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering.
Plumbing Design Certification (CPD).
Over 10 years of experience in plumbing engineering and system design.
Strong expertise in designing plumbing and piping systems.
Skilled in creating and updating technical drawings and specifications.
Experience with AutoCAD or Revit is preferred.
Professional Engineer (PE) certification is a plus.
